Domaine Rolet is one of the historic estates of Arbois, founded in 1942 by Désiré Rolet. The Rolet family developed meticulous viticulture that helped reposition the Jura on the map of great French wines. The domaine has approximately 65 hectares spread across Arbois, Côtes du Jura and Étoile, farmed with sustainable practices and strong parcel-by-parcel precision.

In 2018, the family sold the property to the Devillard, Flambert and Dupuis families, who have preserved the estate’s identity and its focus on traditional Jura styles. The portfolio covers all the classic expressions of the region: Chardonnay and Savagnin whites (Sous Voile, Oullé and Vin Jaune), reds from Poulsard, Trousseau and Pinot Noir, as well as Vin de Paille, Macvin and Crémant du Jura. A combination of technical precision and deep respect for local heritage.
