Maison Louis Jadot was founded in 1859 by a family of Burgundy winemakers. Today, they own 60 hectares of Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards across Burgundy, including the famous Clos des Ursules vineyard in Beaune, acquired by the family in 1826.

Stéphane produces up to 28 different wines from his 48 hectares. The Jura, nestled between the Côte d'Or and Geneva, shares Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and limestone soils with Burgundy, yet the contrast between the two regions is striking. Domaine Tissot was founded by André and Mireille Tissot in 1962, and since 1989, their son Stéphane has been leading the winemaking.

The David Léclapart estate spans 3 hectares, divided into 22 plots in the village of Trépail, Montagne de Reims. When David was 30, he took over the winery after his father's passing, with two goals in mind: to farm biodynamically and produce Champagnes with no dosage.

In the northern Rhône Valley, Domaine Alain Graillot is located in Pont-de-l'Isère, just south of Tain l'Hermitage. Founded by visionary Alain Graillot, who believed in the potential of Crozes-Hermitage, the estate is now run by his sons Maxime and Antoine. They own 19 hectares of Syrah for reds and 3 hectares of Marsanne and Roussanne for whites. The vineyards, averaging 45 years of age, grow in alluvial soils enriched by pebbles and silica from the Isère river and its tributaries.

Maxime Graillot, son of renowned winemaker Alain Graillot, founded Domaine des Lises in 2004. Like his father, Maxime is passionate about unlocking the full potential of the Syrah grape. The vineyards are located in the Crozes-Hermitage appellation in Beaumont-Monteux, with vines aged between 18 and 25 years.

Established in Mareuil-sur-Ay nearly five centuries ago, the Philipponnat Champagne House owns 20 hectares of Premier and Grand Cru vineyards in Ay, Mareuil-sur-Ay, and Avenay. Home to the legendary Clos des Goisses for almost a century, it is one of Champagne’s oldest and most prestigious clos, producing exceptionally powerful crus.

Domaine Chavost was established in 1946 by the ancestors of winegrowers from Chavot-Courcourt. “Chavost” is the ancient name of the village, once located between Saint Martin’s Church and the Mont-Félix mound where a castle once stood. Their ancestors passed down strong values of community, love for the land, sharing, and solidarity. Today, their united efforts focus on growing high-quality grapes to produce unique Champagnes.
